- Non-Public Personal Information (NPPI): Borrower, seller, or owner names and related transaction data as found in public records or provided by clients. (Note: We do not request Social Security Numbers or bank account information unless required for a specific lawful purpose.)
- Technical Information: Website usage data such as IP address and browser type (used only for site analytics and security).

How We Safeguard Data

- With subcontractors, researchers, or municipal offices as necessary to complete a title order.

Data Retention
We retain title search records and related data for 7 years unless a longer period is required by law, underwriting guidelines, or client contract. After this period, records are securely destroyed.
