These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by TitleSearchPro, a service of TS Pro, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:
We provide title searches, abstracts, and document retrieval services based on public records available at the time of search. Our reports are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for legal advice or title insurance.
While we strive to meet stated turnaround times, delivery may be affected by county access issues, holidays, system outages, or other delays outside our control.
Our reports reflect information located in public records as of the date of search. We make no guarantees that the information is complete, error-free, or reflects future filings, unrecorded interests, or fraudulent documents.
Invoices are due within the stated terms (typically Net 15). Late payments may be subject to additional fees. Returned payments may incur service charges.
We maintain the confidentiality of all client information and use it solely to fulfill your order. We do not share client data with third parties except as required by law.
Our liability for any claim is strictly limited to the amount paid for the report in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
Clients may cancel an order at no charge if the request is submitted in writing (including email) before any work begins. Once research has started, cancellations may be subject to a fee of 50% of the quoted amount to cover preparatory work. No partial refunds will be issued once the report has been delivered.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which TS Pro, LLC is registered, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
