Do you provide title insurance?
No. TitleSearchPro provides research reports only. We do not issue title insurance or provide legal advice. We recommend consulting a licensed title agent or attorney if you require insurance coverage.
How long does a search take?
Typical turnaround is 24–72 hours depending on county access and complexity. Extended searches (30–60 years) may take several days.
What states do you cover?
We currently service multiple jurisdictions. Availability depends on county access — please contact us with property details for a quote.
How do I place an order?
You can submit an order directly through our Order Form. Once received, we’ll confirm via email and provide an invoice.
What is your cancellation policy?
Orders cancelled before research begins incur no charge. If work has started, a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted price may apply. No refunds are available once a report is delivered.
